1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses Ancient Watermill Bakery (the "site"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What the site is

• Ancient Watermill Bakery is a free social casino: a collection of 46 slot and casino-style games that you play in your browser with virtual coins.
• Everything is free. There are no payments, purchases, deposits, withdrawals, cash-outs or prizes of any real-world value, and we never ask for card or bank details.
• It is not gambling. Nothing is staked and nothing can be won except more virtual coins. Results in the games are random, for entertainment only, and don't predict results in real-money gambling.
• The games are made by a third-party game studio and load inside our pages once you are signed in. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

3. Who can use the site

• You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom. The site asks you to confirm this before you enter and again when you sign up, and turns away anyone under 18.
• You are responsible for making sure that using a free social casino is allowed where you are.
• We may suspend or close any account if we think these rules have been broken.

4. Your account

• To play you need a free account, created with your real first and last name, email address, UK phone number and a password, or with Google plus your phone number.
• Your account is stored on our server until you delete it (from My coin basket) or ask us to close it. Coins, plans and the daily bonus are kept in your browser for one session only and reset when the tab is closed.
• Keep one account only, and don't use anyone else's.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. After five wrong password attempts the account is locked for 15 minutes.

5. Virtual coins

• Coins are the only currency on the site. They are free and for entertainment only.
• You start every session with 50,000 coins. From the coin basket you can collect a daily bonus of 10,000 coins, free coin bundles of 25,000, 100,000 and 250,000 coins, and one of three free plans (Apprentice Baker, Journeyman Miller and Master of the Mill) that add 20,000, 75,000 and 200,000 coins. None of these ever cost anything.
• Coins have no money value. They are not money, e-money, cryptocurrency or vouchers, and they can't be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, gifted or cashed out.
• Coins live in your browser, not in your account. Closing the tab, clearing site data or switching browser resets your balance to 50,000; we can't see, restore or move a balance.
• We may change starting balances, bonus amounts, bundles, plans or games, or reset balances, at any time.

6. Using the site fairly

Don't try to break, overload or copy the site, use bots or scripts to change balances or games, try to reach other people's accounts or our server files, send spam or abuse through the contact forms, or pretend to be someone else.

7. Breaks and closing your account

You can lock all games in your browser for 24 hours on the Responsible play page (once started, a lock can't be undone early), delete your account from My coin basket, or write to Player Care to ask for a longer break, a restriction or account closure.

8. Our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for lost coins, plans or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
